Had an amazing experience here. Everyone was extremely warm and welcoming. Brilliant cars of very high quality. It was such a smooth and easy process with no headaches or bumps. They sorted out even extremely minor things on my car before I picked it up, new brakes, and even took off the whole back bumper just to replace a single clip. Couldn’t recommend more if you’re looking for a car.

This was a good experience of buying a car, the car was clean and in a lovely condition. The car drove brilliantly despite the rain!
Only negative was that I was never told the vehicle failed it’s MOT so I turned up thinking I would test drive it and had to go back the following week.
Despite this they managed to extend the reservation and were very apologetic over this.

Dealt with Adeel today. Started out as a quick shop around looking for a reasonable run around. Looking to spend 5k. We left and went to a main dealership. Good to say we came back and ended up spotting the car we wanted it was more in price but suited us perfectly.

The car we picked was newer and cheaper than what we were seeing on thw main dealership forecourts.Adeel was amazing he didn’t pry and jump on us like most sales people. He took the time to see our needs and our budget.

We then had issues with the finance and the boys in the office went above and beyond to get us through the finance process.

We had a 12 month MOT with the vehicle. 6 months warranty and just a genuinely fantastic service.

I would definitely use these guys again and would recommend them to anyone.

After looking for a specific type of vehicle for a couple of months, I finally found what I wanted and it was on my doorstep at Top Gear Stoke. From viewing to purchasing the team there were very efficient , friendly and professional. There was no hard sales pitch the guys just answered all of my questions and made everything simple. From viewing , test driving and then driving away, which was done in two visits, everything was done for me. I can’t remember all the team names (but thanks everyone),
Gavin sorted the final deal for me and all I had to do was pay and sort insurance. I have never bought a car from a garage before but if I need to again this will be my first place to visit.
Oh and I love the car!!

Bought a used Skoda Kodiak from here on 31/08/24. Gavin was our salesman and genuinely cannot rate this man and this place high enough. Gave us more part-ex than anywhere else and wasn’t pushy in the slightest. Knew we were looking at multiple cars, told us to go see them all and let him know if the car he was selling was the one. It was in the end. He sorted all the little odds and sods we pointed out we wanted doing, within two days and the whole process was very easy and really quick (which is what we needed). Great guy, great car, very happy customers. If we ever need to buy again (hopefully not for a long time) we will definately be checking the stock of Top Gear Stoke.

i was impressed with callum’s customer service and how fast i received the car. i was told my car would be serviced and have a valet, i received it, it was still dirty and still had a black box and belongings from the previous owner. i have had many faults like the oil, glow plug, and engine lights which i reported to callum and haven’t heard anything back since. they don’t service or valet ur car!!! deffo go see the car before purchasing.

When you see some negative reviews about a garage you tend to be a bit sceptical but I took a risk and paid a deposit before driving 250 miles to see a car . I dealt with Rishad who was very pleasant and answered all my questions without being pushy in any way. When I purchased the car he sorted all the paperwork for changing the log book and sorted the road tax. So far I am delighted with my purchase, I have just completed 300 miles of trouble free driving and I would recommend Top Gear in Stoke

Brought my Audi A6 Avant Black Edition from Jaffer, he was more than happy to give me details about the car as I am in south Devon and the car was in stoke. The car was sold to me with 2 keys however upon collecting the car, 1 key was lost. Jaffer and Raz then arranged for a new key from My local main dealer to be cut and programmed to the car and was paid in full by them.

These guys are extremely professional and I would happily recommend them again to anyone looking for a new car!

Very impressed with the level of service I received from Top Gear Stoke in particular from Rishad who was extremely helpful throughout. I was collected from the station and brought to their garage to finalise paperwork. Met with Jaffer who was also very knowledgeable and helpful. I drove all the way from London and part exchanged my old BMW with a 528i 2016 BMW, high millage but its reflective in the price i paid. Overall good value in part exchange and new car. Car drives like new and i had a good overall experience, Good people to deal with. Dealt with Jeffer the manager found him to be reasonable and straight forward. Also dealt with Rishad found him to be very helpful and prompt, he sorted all the paper work for me with DVLA road tax, insurance, car receipt etc
I will definitely deal with them again. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car to buy because in my experience they are honest helpful and reasonable team.
